This Privacy Policy describes how Keren Peleg Strategy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or interact with us through the website (the “Site”).

This Site is primarily informational. The main actions visitors can take are:

  1. Click Schedule Diagnostic and book a meeting via Calendly

  2. Click a WhatsApp button to start a conversation with us on WhatsApp Business

  3. Click an Email button to open an email message to us

1) What information do we collect?

We may collect the following types of information:

A. Information you provide (depending on what you choose to do)

  1. When you schedule a meeting via Calendly
    When you click “Schedule Diagnostic,” you will be directed to Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, typically including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if you provide it)

  • Company name / role (if you provide it)

  • Meeting details and any notes you choose to add

We receive the information you submit through Calendly so we can schedule and conduct the meeting.

  1. When you contact us via WhatsApp Business
    When you click the WhatsApp button, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp. We receive:

  • Your phone number and profile name (as provided by your WhatsApp account)

  • Message content and any files you choose to send

  1. When you contact us by email
    When you click the email button (or email us directly), we receive:

  • Your email address

  • Your message content and any attachments you choose to send

B. Information we collect automatically when you browse the Site
When you visit the Site, we may automatically receive technical/usage information, such as:

  • IP address

  • Device type and browser type

  • Language settings

  • Approximate location (city/country level)

  • Pages viewed and interactions on the Site

2) How do we collect information?

We collect information when you:

  • Click “Schedule Diagnostic” and submit details via Calendly

  • Start a WhatsApp conversation with us via the WhatsApp button

We use the information to:

4) Where is information stored, and who do we share it with?

A. Website platform (Wix)
Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Data collected through the Site may be stored through Wix’s systems (for example, website logs or technical analytics, depending on the settings enabled on the Site).

B. Calendly (meeting scheduling)
If you schedule a meeting, your booking details are collected and processed by Calendly. Calendly is a third-party service with its own privacy practices. We receive the information you submit in order to schedule and run the meeting.

C. WhatsApp Business (messaging)
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your communication is processed by WhatsApp (a third-party service) and subject to WhatsApp’s privacy practices. We receive and store the messages you send us for the purpose of communicating with you.

D. Email services
If you email us, your message is processed through our email service provider. We store emails and related correspondence as part of normal business communications.

E. Legal and safety disclosure
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, and security (including investigating fraud or security incidents).

We do not sell your personal information.

5) How do we communicate with you?

We may contact you:

  • By email, phone, WhatsApp, or via Calendly-related notifications, to respond to your request and coordinate the meeting you scheduled

  • To provide follow-ups directly related to your enquiry or the services you asked about

We do not send marketing messages unless you explicitly request them or opt in (if such an option exists on the Site). If you want us to stop contacting you, you can reply “stop” on WhatsApp, or email us at kerenpmarketing@gmail.com.

6) Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to:
