This Privacy Policy describes how Keren Peleg Strategy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or interact with us through the website (the “Site”).
This Site is primarily informational. The main actions visitors can take are:

1) What information do we collect?
We may collect the following types of information:
A. Information you provide (depending on what you choose to do)
When you schedule a meeting via Calendly When you click “Book a call with me,” you will be directed to Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, typically including:
Name
Email address
Phone number (if you provide it)
Company name / role (if you provide it)
Meeting details and any notes you choose to add
We receive the information you submit through Calendly so we can schedule and conduct the meeting.
When you contact us via WhatsApp Business When you click the WhatsApp button, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp. We receive:
Your phone number and profile name (as provided by your WhatsApp account)
Message content and any files you choose to send
When you contact us by email When you click the email button (or email us directly), we receive:
Your email address
Your message content and any attachments you choose to send
B. Information we collect automatically when you browse the Site When you visit the Site, we may automatically receive technical/usage information, such as:
IP address
Device type and browser type
Language settings
Approximate location (city/country level)
Pages viewed and interactions on the Site
Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the Site. See section 6 for information about cookies.

Send us an email via the email button or directly to our email address
Our hosting provider may also process technical information automatically when you browse the Site.
3) Why do we collect this information?
We use the information to:
Respond to enquiries and messages
Schedule, manage, and conduct meetings you request
Provide our services and communicate with you about them
Improve the Site and understand what content is helpful
Protect the Site and our business from fraud, misuse, or security risks
Comply with legal obligations where applicable
4) Where is information stored, and who do we share it with?
A. Website hosting (Cloudflare) Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP addresses and request information.
B. Calendly (meeting scheduling) If you schedule a meeting, your booking details are collected and processed by Calendly. Calendly is a third-party service with its own privacy practices. We receive the information you submit in order to schedule and run the meeting.
C. WhatsApp Business (messaging) If you contact us through WhatsApp, your communication is processed by WhatsApp (a third-party service) and subject to WhatsApp’s privacy practices. We receive and store the messages you send us for the purpose of communicating with you.
D. Email services If you email us, your message is processed through our email service provider. We store emails and related correspondence as part of normal business communications.
E. Legal and safety disclosure We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, and security (including investigating fraud or security incidents).
We do not sell your personal information.
5) How do we communicate with you?
We may contact you:
By email, phone, WhatsApp, or via Calendly-related notifications, to respond to your request and coordinate the meeting you scheduled
To provide follow-ups directly related to your enquiry or the services you asked about
We do not send marketing messages unless you explicitly request them or opt in (if such an option exists on the Site). If you want us to stop contacting you, you can reply “stop” on WhatsApp, or email us at [email protected].
6) Cookies and similar technologies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and clicks on booking, WhatsApp and email links. Analytics is off until you choose Accept analytics. Declining does not affect your access to the Site. We do not enable advertising cookies or personalized advertising through this implementation. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site.
Google Analytics may receive page paths, general device and location information, referral information and interaction events, and use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send the contents of your messages or booking forms. A booking-link click is not confirmation that a meeting was booked. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policies. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored on your device for up to six months. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve these fonts, which shares technical request information such as your IP address.
Note: Some third-party services you access through the Site (for example, Calendly) may set their own cookies or tracking technologies when you visit their pages. Those are governed by the third party’s policies.
7) Your choices and rights (access, correction, deletion)
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request:
Access to personal information we hold about you
Correction of inaccurate information
Deletion of your personal information
Objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent

8) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including:

Conducting meetings and providing requested services

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) International transfers
Because we use third-party platforms and providers (including Cloudflare, Google, Calendly, and WhatsApp) that may store or process data in different countries, your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
11) Children’s privacy
The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
